Our facilities feature Statistical Process Control (SPC) modules to perform summaries, ensuring reject analysis is accurate and output are exact.

All jobs flowing through Advatek undergo a full contract review, manufacturing feasibility study and process control evaluation before a fully documented Process Control Plan (PCP) is produced.

Alongside our industry-leading machinery and equipment, Advatek constantly strives for continual improvement to ensure top efficiency.

Our ongoing preventive maintenance programs are an integral part of our QMS, ensuring repeatability, accuracy & consistent performance in our state of the art equipment.
